Before coming to camp, I hadn't really given much thought to my relationship with God, other than praying occasionally and going to church every once in awhile. But Workcamp has shown me in many ways the importance of God in my life and how good it feels to serve others in His name. I really enjoyed meeting new people, growing closer with those I already knew, and getting to know the members of the community who were SO welcoming and appreciative of our work.

Workcamp is soooo awesome. It really hit me after the John 3:16 video how much Jesus and God love us. I also learned that being cool doesn't matter.

I've learned to really live the word of God instead of just reading and studying it. I feel it helped me understand my faith better. I enjoyed meeting people from different areas and learning about them.
