Here are some instructions for downloading your photos. (or view them at the bottom of this page)
Step 1: Click the link to go to the download page.
Step 2: Click one of these links to start the download to your computer.
Step 3: Save File and click OK
Step 4: After the Zipped folder is finished downloading drag it to your desktop or another folder on your computer. From here you will be able to unzip/extract the photos and contents of the folder.
Step 5: Right Click on the zipped folder and click 'Extract All' or 'Unzip' on some computers.
Step 6: Here you will see the folder that the contents will extract to. It will probably be the same as the place you put the original zipped folder. Click Extract.
A common issue: Sometimes the computer will mess up the file name and it looks like 2390fjkls.file and you get a corrupt file error. If you drag that file to your desktop and rename it to Racine.zip it should work.
