Summer Staff must be at least one year out of high school (by summer 2011) and available to work the entire summer.

Crew Manager; Helpful Skills/Experience: Computer Applications

• Organizes the assignment of participants into project site crews
• Coordinates transportation to daily project sites
• Maintains and upgrades assignments on computer
• Takes daily progress reports and reassigns crews

Materials Manager; Helpful Skills/Experience: Basic Construction, Repair, or Painting

• Coordinates mission trip service projects
• Leads team of project site coaches
• Orders and delivers paint and lumber
• Oversees the materials budget

Office Manager; Helpful Skills/Experience: Customer Service or Office Work

• Directs registration and room assigning
• Manages bookkeeping and financials
• Maintains camp communications center
• Coordinates relationship with lodging facility staff

Program Coordinator; Helpful Skills/Experience: Speaking or Leading Groups

• Coordinates group gatherings and programs
• Facilitates all morning and evening programs
• Oversees mission trip functions and volunteers

Program Manager; Helpful Skills/Experience: Multimedia Production

• Operates sound, light, and multi-media equipment for programs
• Works with program MC to ensure top-quality programs
• Coordinates daily photography assignments and integration of photos into evening programs

Project Coordinator; Helpful Skills/Experience: Community Service or Outreach

• Coordinates projects with local partner organization
• Organizes camper assignments and visits each service project site
• Assists in camp functions and volunteer oversight

Extra Position: Song Leader

Summer Staff with experience leading music and worship in large groups may also serve as a camp Song Leader. (Offer and acceptance of a standard Summer Staff position and subsequent approval of a video audition are required.)
