trips. Group Cares respects your privacy and holds it as a
priority. Our privacy policy is intended to keep you informed about
the information we collect about you, when and with whom we share
your information, and to give you a choice in how we use and
disclose your information.
This privacy policy addresses all information received by the
Group Workcamps Web site as well as information that you share with
us over the telephone or by mail.
The Information We Collect
When you participate in activities on Group Workcamps' Web site,
you provide certain personal information. Examples of this
information may be any of the following: your name, email address,
church or organization affiliation, personal or church address,
personal or church phone number, credit card information, personal
and/or church demographic information, personal shopping, contact
preferences, and personal and/or professional opinions.
How We Use Your Personal Information
We use your personal information to complete transactions
(including order confirmation and appropriate follow up) and/or
other interaction that you initiated, and to operate, maintain, and
provide to you the features and functionality of the Group

charitable contribution to Group Workcamps though our Web site, we

Group Workcamps does not share, sell, rent, loan, or give your

as explained below. Group Workcamps may share your personal
information with Group Publishing. In addition, if you register
through Group Workcamps for a missionary experience offered by a
ministry partner, we will share your information with that ministry
partner.
When you submit content to a Group Workcamps Web site or any
other personal information you voluntarily disclose online (in
discussion boards, social networks, messages, chat areas, etc.), it
becomes available to the public and may be collected and used by
others. When you upload content or send messages through Group
Workcamps Web site, your account name (not your e-mail address) is
displayed to other users, and other users can contact you through
your content, messages, and comments. The content that you submit
to the Group Workcamps Web site may be redistributed through the
Internet and other media channels, and may be viewed by the general
public.
How to "Opt Out" of Group Workcamps Communications
If you prefer that we not (a) contact you about new products,
services, events, or important information relating to Group
Workcamps or relating to selected ministry partners we work with,
or (b) share your postal contact information with select
publishers, charitable organizations, or other church and/or
general use resource providers, you can "opt out." To do so, please
e-mail your request to optout@groupworkcamps.com.

appropriate changes are made to your account and/or record. Or you

When you subscribe to our online newsletters there are
instructions at the bottom of your e-mail newsletter telling you
how to unsubscribe if you ever wish to do so.

We use cookies on our Web site to assist you in your

When Group Workcamps Discloses Information

Group Workcamps occasionally offers contests. The full rules for
our contests are clearly posted during each contest. The
