About Us

The Group Workcamps Foundation exists as a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization to provide dynamic short-term mission trips. Since 1977, over a quarter of a million participants have grown in their relationship with Christ, while providing more than seven million hours of volunteer service directly to people in need.

Group Workcamps® is located in Loveland, Colorado where it all began! Be sure to read the interesting history of how Group Workcamps started.

Each year, thousands of participants prove to us that nothing ignites spiritual growth like putting Christian faith into action. The results are amazing as you travel to serve people in Christ's name, grow in your personal relationship with Christ—all the while enjoying yourself!

On your short-term, international mission trip, our desire is to provide an opportunity for God to work in your heart as you make a difference in the lives of others. To help accomplish that goal, each evening everyone gathers for a time of intimate, interactive, God-centered worship and devotional time—coordinated by a Group Workcamps staff member. These times are appropriate for all Christian denominations and are an integral part of the mission trip experience designed to pull together the spiritual aspects of your time in service to others.

Statement of Faith

We believe the Bible is the inspired, authoritative Word of God. We believe there is one God, eternally existent in three persons: Father, Son and Holy Spirit. We believe in the deity of Jesus Christ, in his virgin birth, in his sinless life, in his death on the cross, in his bodily resurrection, in his ascension to the right hand of the Father, and in his personal return. We believe people receive forgiveness of sins and eternal life through Jesus.
